Drink Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1) Scope

These terms apply to all purchases and use of the official SunIce Festival Drink Vouchers (“Drink Voucher”), operated by NoTomorrow Events AG.

2) SunIce Festival General Terms Apply

In addition to these voucher terms, the official SunIce Festival Terms & Conditions (NoTomorrow Events AG) apply to every purchase and participant.

3) What You Receive

A Drink Voucher is prepaid drink credit for on-site redemption at participating bars at SunIce Festival St. Moritz 2026.

The voucher value (e.g., pay CHF 50 → receive CHF 55 credit) is shown in the shop and in your confirmation email.

4) Validity / Redemption Period

Drink Vouchers are valid only during the official event dates and opening hours of SunIce Festival St. Moritz 2026.

Unused credit expires after the event ends and will not be paid out.

5) QR Code Voucher

Your Drink Voucher is issued as a personal QR code and delivered by email (and visible in your order confirmation).

The QR code may be presented digitally or printed.

6) Redemption Rules

The QR code can be scanned multiple times until the credit is fully used.

Each scan reduces your remaining credit accordingly.

The remaining balance is shown to the staff during redemption.

Redemption is possible only where the Drink Voucher is accepted (participating bars / points of sale).

7) No Info Point Pickup / No Replacement

No on-site pickup is required.

The QR code is treated like cash: whoever presents it can redeem it.

If the QR code is lost, shared, or stolen, no replacement will be granted.

8) Limitations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Drink Voucher credit is not valid for:

festival tickets or upgrades

merchandise

deposits (e.g., cup deposit)

services not classified as bar beverages

The organizer may exclude specific items for operational or legal reasons (e.g., restricted products).

9) Capacity / Operational Changes

Acceptance locations and redemption procedures may be adjusted for operational reasons.

Such changes do not entitle the buyer to a refund as long as redemption remains possible during the event.

10) No Cancellation / Refund

All sales are final. Drink Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless required by mandatory law.

11) Liability

Use is at your own risk. NoTomorrow Events AG is not liable for third-party disruptions, temporary technical issues, or delays at redemption points, to the extent permitted by law. In case of a verifiable system error causing an incorrect deduction, the organizer will correct the balance where possible.

12) Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of NoTomorrow Events AG, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply.
